i have faced problem in data loading time ,it shoes error
Record 2 :Value 'Mani ' (hex. ' ') of characteristic 0RSTT_UNML contains invalid characters
please give solution

The value also contains a space, chekc is space is a allowed character for your keys.

Its because of lower case letters.
Either edit in PSA to caps and load or if its for too many records write a routine (field level) in transformation to convert to uppercase.
You can use the statement
Translate <field> to UPPERCASE
