How to do this - in HR is it possible

Hello experts

i hav the following situation at my client end

we have few projects, until completion of that project employees from diff departments(PSA) need to work together to complete that project. its like a team, after completion of the project they work normally in their respective depts.

so i want to get the reports based on these projects and their Attendance data. once completing these project these employees will get project based incentives. for this reason i need to capture all projects and employees who worked in it.

how can i configure all thes in HR, if not possible in HR, how can i capture their changed workschedules and their DWS until completion of the project.

please suggest me.
