Adobe Form Data not showing in second page onwards but show in last page

Hi All,

I have an issue with my table flowing to second body page.

2 Master Page, 2 Body Page. Second Master Page with 2 Content Area as I have different header data such as the location of the page number.

Table Data Row set to flowed. It flowed to next page. But it won't show the subform that I put in one of the content area. Only last page will show. How do I set it to repeat for every page as it is not table data?
