MEQ6 Analyze Quota arrangement -error "Quota arr. maintained but not applied"

Dear ,

We are facing a issue with T code MEQ6 Analyze Quota arrangement. After input the material,plant ,valid from and to date details then you clicked on execute. A new window will be popups. Here we can see the in the Explanation column appears as ""Quota arr. maintained but not applied". But the quota arrangement maintained correctly. Any ideas will be really helpful.

we used two vendor ....vendor 1 - Max qty 100

vendor 2- Max qty 50

we also created PR and the source of supply working correctly as maintained in QA.

the program sapfm06i checks an internal table called tupel which has values from the source list EORD table and from material master plant level MARC.

So the first thing to check would be whether the material is maintained for the plant (table MARC) and what values it has in the fields BESKZ and USEQU

The second check is whether a source list entry exists

Below the updates...

Procurement type BESKZ -> F

Quota Arr. Usuage USEQU -> Blank (as it is S4 hana 1610 system)

Source list entry already exist and maintained correctly (also checked the EORD table)

I was also created a PR for the material where the source of supply assignment is working exactly as QA.

These are the steps I have done.

Material master MM01

PIR ME11

SL ME01

QA MEQ1

PR ME51N

Then try to check details in MEQ6 we are getting an error "Quota arr. maintained but not applied".

I am not yet in S4 and can just hope that SAP has changed all statement in sapfm06i which refer to the value in the USEQU field. You can simply check this if you click the binocular icon in SE38 in program sapfm06i and search for usequ

I would debug now. The text "Quota arr. maintained but not applied" is actually number 452 in the program, and is written in 2 statements only in ERP 617

Unfortunately without seeing the values from the source list and MEQ6 selection screen (with values that are used and bring the discussed the result) it is not really possible to a diligent analysis
