Printing - Internal Error (-101) occurred (message 131-183) 2005A PL50

We upgraded to 2005A PL50 from PL43 and one employee is getting the following error when trying to print an existing PO that went through the approval process. They did not have this issue before the upgrade. We logged on to SBO as a super user on same workstation and the super user is not having the problem. We looked at authorizations and even removed the print authorization and added it back. This allowed her to print 1 previous PO, but error came back with another PO. She can print reports with no problem.

Has anyone seen this type error?

Hi,

Could you please try out the following:

1. Open the document

2. Click Tools --> click print layout designer

3. Double click the default template PLD of purchase order that can't be printed

4. after print layour designer of the template window appears, click print layout designer menu --> select and click display document properties.

5. In the display document properties window, just click paper format tab, in the printer field, check if the current printer selected is a default printer for your pc, server or notebook and check if the printer is installed yet and check if it is available in the network. if not, change it by selecting another default printer in your notebook or PC.
