i want to download business partner from r/3 to crm plz tell me the steps?

Fowlloing are the steps that needs to be don before master data downlaod.

1) Midllware Genreation

2) Midllware connnnection to R/3 and CRM

3) Download all customzing objects

5) Download the Org units

6) Then Download the partners using the object CUSTOMER_MAIN.
