How to solve 'Cannot create e-mail attachment (0)' for mail printer

This (0) in error above means RC0? We have checked spool WP trace, but it does not show anything helpful except

> db_rtab Error 128, table TSPEVJOB, action rspogdio_insert (expected) rc=3,

is there any method to analyze the Problem?
