MIC history T-Code for history check

Dear all,

I need your help.

I required information in QM module.

I want to know how to find out MIC history.

What is the T-Code for history check?

    Dear,

    SPRO ->Quality Management ->Basic Settings--->Maintain Settings at Plant Level, select any Plant details and click the check Box "Insp. Characteristics Are Maintained with History

    If you maintain MIC with history then versions will be there for MIC like MIC with version 1, 2,3 etc..

    in the inspection plan you have to give the version also for mic's.when it come to UD. you can have history.

    We have not maintained MIC with history versions in SPRO.
