My scenario for annual leave
1. Annual leaves are based on Jan-Dec period.
2. Employees on probation can take accrued leave as per the eligibility (Ex. I join in Jan and have Yearly entitlement for 24 days and my probation is till June for-6 months. During the probation period I can take the accrued leaves say monthly 2 so for 6 months @ 12 if I want.to take the leave Now after completion of Probation I can utilise my full entitlement I mean if I have not used the leaves I can use all the 24 after completion of probation in say July
How do I configure them as it is accrual during probation and full entitlement after probation.
