BP roles creation issue.

I am working on CRM 2007.

I have created BP roles in Tx. code "BUSD".

i am not able to see these BP roles while i am creating a BP account.(i.e in the field "create in BP role".)

but when i create a BP in IMG>> cross application component >>SAP Business Partner>>Business Partner>>Basic settings>>Business Partner roles>> Define BP roles.

i can see the BP roles while creating a BP role.

can anyone suggest me the solution for it.

also the difference in both.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Vinay

    hi,

busd is used to control the view of business partner of particular role. Eg If he is employee then he should be shown tabs related to employee.

You actually create business role as per the path described by you.

    hi,

What information do you require on account life cycle? Conceptually it cycle in which bp goes through. eg first bp is created as prospect, then as customer then as partner etc depending upon business requirement. In sap you can specify order in which role will appear on bp and can restrict role as well. For this purpose account life cycle is used.

If any other information you require, get back to me.

    Best regards

    Pankaj Kumar.
