Integrating R/3 and CRM

I am a SAP CRM functional consultant and currently working on Master Data. The client wants to integrate ECC 5.0 and CRM 2007. I want to know that what OSS notes can be helpful in completing the integration.

Any help is much appreciated

Thanks in advance

    Charles,

That is somewhat of a weird question as the ERP and CRM integration is a standard activity that needs to be configured. You can use the SAP Best Practices for CRM 2007 to help with configuration.

    http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv12007/CRM_DE/HTML/index.htm

You only need to review OSS notes if there are data transfer errors or have multiple ERP or CRM systems.

    Take care,

    Stephen

      Hi Stephen,

Thank you for providing all the information. I have few more questions, just wanted to know that if we are getting employees from R/3 HR to CRM, is it by default that qualifications and Time allocation data comes from HR to CRM system.

If there is an integration between R/3 HR and CRM, what all modifications/enhancements do I need to do to maintain qualifications in CRM.

      Any guidance is highly appreciated.

      Thank you

      Charles
