1st you need to check which background Job program is causing this issue?
Can you update that here?

Hello
Refer below screen shot ,We have made the changes only requested delivery date for using customization transactionZORD_UPDT.Nextday batch job removed the delivery block. We have checked batch jobs also system not showing any related batch job for sales order. At the time only inbound Idoc order creation job has ran(the job only creation of orders not changing any VA02 transaction )
Regards
Is BROTC_GNRL_B a system user?
Can you check whether that user is for Interface or Job?
To check that
Job Name = *
User Name = BROTC_GNRL_B
ABAP Program Name = *
By this, you will be able to know whether that is used Job or not.
Now, say, if that is System User Job.
You will be able to trace the program.
Check whether there is any logic build to remove Delv. Blocks from that program.
Thanks, JP

Please provide more information. Very difficult to assist when you are providing very little about the scenario, no screenshots or any context.
Thanks
