No Upload TCI in Note Assistant

Hi,

We tried to enable TCI for our system by implementing the note 1995550.

The system has the following component version:

• SAP_BASIS release 740 SP12
• SAP_UI release 740 SP14

After the implementation of the note 1995550 with SPAM (version 7.40 / 0068), we checked the note status in the Note Assistant (SNOTE transaction). The note status is "Completely Implemented". However, we cannot find "Upload TCI" option from the menu Goto in SNOTE.

I tried to log out and then log in again to the system, the option still cannot be seen.

Do you have any idea how to solve this issue?

I would be very grateful for any feedback.

I've the same problem after activate OSS note 1995550. We opened the following ticket at SAP Market Place:

We are applying a set of KBA's in order to activate TCI in SNOTE and Download Digital Signed Notes from New Support Backbone. We did It successfully in Development system (see screens attached) but - after transport the three CRT generated to Quality Assurance environment, the corrections had no effect, although the requests were successfully carried over by STMS. The question is: Do we have to repeat ALL THE SAME STEPS made in Development System in Quality and Productive Systems or - as the Installation Guide says - simply transport the CRT should activate it?

Sap ask us to apply the following KBA:

If upload TCI option is missing, steps in below KBA can be used. 2682266 - "Upload TCI" option missing in SNOTE.
