Scheduled jobs getting cancelled

Hi,

all the scheduled jobs in the system are getting canceled. The server had gone down due to a power outage and after coming back up, the old jobs and newly created jobs are getting canceled. I am unable to open the job log as well. i get the message error reading job log.

what could be the problem and how can i fix it??
