Cannot import schema

I was busy doing a Master data cleanup in SAP B1 HANA, when I lost connection to the server. Users cannot logon now, message “Cannot log on, company in cleanup process”.

I then restarted the server but still have the same error.

I then tried to restore the database using a backup from last night, but now the restore does not work. I did not select "rename target" as I wanted to keep the same schema name. Now my Source Schema is missing even though the exports do show.

Is there a way to import from the zip files generated in the backup service backups?
