In interview so many times they are asking about what is your business synerio can any budy tell me the processes for business synerio with example ?

please help me out

Business scenario is nothing but how the client is operating their business and how you have configured the process in SAP

order to cash means the doc. flow will be like this

sales order -

---

> delivery -

---

> billing----

---

> payments

this is the normal otc cycle, if u have warehouse mgt. lt03 (transfer order) will be used

Business Scenario are the business process followed by the client. To illustrate with example, the business scenarios are:

1. Normal Sales order cycle.

2. Rush Sales Order cycle.

3. Stock Transfer between Plant to Plant / Plant to Depot.

4. Scrap Sale

5. Exports Sales

7. Intercompany sales / Stock Transfer.

Hi there,

Business scenario is nothing but how the client runs his business & what are the processes involved in that.

For eg he may have OR --> LF --> F2.

Also he may have OR --> PO --> NL delivery --> MIGO --> Then LF --> F2 etc

What they intend to ask is to explain any business scenario with the steps & process flow.

Scenario could be inter company sale, stock transfer, consignment, returns or normal OR to F2 flow.

Hi,

The interviewer means that what scenario u have worked on SAP, for example you can tell Order to Cash,

This means scenario start by pre-sales activity and end by cash received from customer (INQ -> QUT -> ORD -> DELI -> INVOICE -> INVOICE CLEAR )

even more specificly you can discribe the other business scenario where u worked and did configuration

it will be better if u tell duration interview that u faced such problem and given such better solution
