How to find Vendor GL accounts without Tax Codes without going through 88000 accounts one by one

So the issue is I m working on the AP side and there are some vendor accounts which do not have tax codes assigned to the GL codes so i know how to fix the issue The problem is finding these accounts without going through 88000 accounts one by one
