Error in PGI delivery for sales order

Hi Experts,

Can any tell me why do I get an error message

"You are not authorized for given plant and mvt tpe"

when I try to do a PGI for a delivery of sales order.

Contact your Basis team or SAP Service team for authorization for related plant.

HI ASHWIN,

USUALLY IN THE REAL TIME , TRANSACTIONS FROM THE PLANT WILL NOT GIVE AUTHORIZATION TO ANY BODY , SO U MIGHT TRY TO TRANSACT THE PROCESS BELONGS TO ONE OF SUCH PLANTS, SO CONTACT UR BASIS PERSON TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE.

Hi there,

Check the BASIS team in the authorizations that you have to process PGI.

Could be that your authorizations settings in SU01 --> Roles donot permit you to perform PGI through that MT.

This is clear that u don't ahve authorisation for delivery/PGI for the plant and mvt. type.

Once the given error comes type in command box "/NSU53" and send to yr basis team they will give u the required authorisation to perfrom the Delivery and PGI.

Dear,

Check with basis peson for authorization.for perticular movement type. Check OMJJ also.

System ask the user with the authorization problem to run SU53 transaction after getting the error message and pass that screen to your BASIS/ Authorization guy to add the required authorizations to your users.

Hi Ashwin

In realtime there will limit to user to access to some Plant Data.

For SD guys access to sales order only it will not allow to create delivery for that product..for thts y u r not allowed to access for delivery.

In real time they will create user profiles for each document type.
