HI All,

Can some one tell me how can i solve this Below abap dump error,

Database error text........: "SQL0150N The target fullselect, view, typed

table, materialized query table, or staging table in the INSERT, DELETE,

UPDATE, or MERGE statement is a target for which the requested operation is

Please check the entries in the system log (Transaction SM21).

If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to

find an interim solution in an SAP Note.

If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following

keywords:

"DBIF_DSQL2_SQL_ERROR" "CX_SY_NATIVE_SQL_ERROR"

"SAPLAQNF" or "RSAQIEXN"

"NEXT_NUMBER"

If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error

notification to SAP, include the following information:

1. The description of the current problem (short dump)

To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File

(Unconverted)".

2. Corresponding system log

Display the system log by calling transaction SM21.

Restrict the time interval to 10 minutes before and five minutes

after the short dump. Then choose "System->List->Save->Local File

(Unconverted)".

3. If the problem occurs in a problem of your own or a modified SAP

program: The source code of the program

In the editor, choose "Utilities->More

Utilities->Upload/Download->Download".

4. Details about the conditions under which the error occurred or which

actions and input led to the error.

The exception must either be prevented, caught within proedure

"NEXT_NUMBER" "(FORM)", or its possible occurrence must be declared in the

RAISING clause of the procedure.

i solved this issue by doing the kernel upgradation

The best would be to use the most recent DbSl (current PL for SAP kernel 700 is 178)..

If you would like to have the issue investigated further, please provide the complete error entry from the SAP dev trace (dev_w0 from server "wpd-tech-sys").

Very strange ... the INSERT command to AQDB is obviously to a view - but then, the dev trace tells us that this is not a deferred table. Moreover, later entries in the same file show cases where deferred tables are correctly detected and are re-created as database tables.

Can you provide the results of the following commands ?

The view text does not appear to be complete - DB2 does not allow such a view text.

To resolve the issue, I suggest to use transaction SE14 to drop and re-create the table. There is no data loss with this action.

If you need to identify the source of the issue, I suggest to open a ticket at SAP. However, the suggested approach via SE14 would destroy the information needed to investigate.

This error is due to the fact that the system is attempting to INSERT into a SAP table that is a view at database level. I suspect that you have a system with deferred table creation enabled - but the DbSl level might be too low.

Please try with a higher DbSl for your SAP kernel. If this does not help, please provide the DbSl patch level (contained e.g. in the SAP developer traces).
