I seem to have lost my quotas

I just got my trial account today and tried to deploy a simple Java War file. It was crashing on me according to the logs. So, I ended up deleting the subAccount and service. That seems to have caused me to lose my quotas assigned to my account. How do I get them restored so I can continue testing.
