Federate Portal, on my consumer I can't see any roles in UserAdmin

Hi

I have a problem, I hope someone can help me.

I did the federation steps on my development system and I have a problem:

I can't see the roles from my producer portal on my consumer portal.

Now, On my Quality system I did exactly the same steps and the federation works excellent!, I can assign roles from my producer portal into my consumer portal.

I checked step by step on my development system but Iu2019m still unable to see the roles from my producer on my consumer.
