Hi,
We have a user that changed her name due to marriage which caused us to change her user name in ADS and SAP. We are using SPNego for SSO into the Portal. When she goes to the ESS enrollment Webdynpro iView, it does not show her as having anything in her plan. This does not give her the chance to change anything.
The only thing that was changed is her login ID in SAP ERP and MS ADS. Her roles and profiles are still the same.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
