After file loading it is not displaying on the UI screen

Hello Team-

1. the file format is excel, if i load the file in UI screen it is loaded and i can file name on the screen.

2. when i loaded the file with wrong format, it error out and then try to load the correct filr with excel format i loaded but the file name is not been seen on the UI screen but at the backend it loaded the data succesful. Can you please help me why the file is not visible on UI screen.

Please check on network tab whether file is loaded properly

Is it after uploading to the server you are not able to see the file or after browsing it from your PC .
