Hi everyone,

I have a problem that I have wasted lot of time to research to solve!

I want to create new attributes of attribute context that I created (SPRO -> CRM -> Marketing planning and campaign Management -> Personalize Mail -> Maintain attributes context for mail form), but I when I choose attributes context I created, then I choose attribute button in text elements, a view of attribute category open, it's nothing in here. So as I thinking, we should create attribute first, then assign to attribute category, then assign that to attribute context, but I dont know how to config that. Please help me to solve this problem,

Thanks and Best Regards,

Sang Tran

Hi Sang,

You may need to add the new attribute to the structure you have already created.

Please check the below link

Hope, this helps.

Thank you Ricky J, I tried with this document before!

As I understand that we will create structure with ABAP, then assign it to attribute context. But Problem is I dont know ABAP code, so did you success with this config without ABAP? If yes, Please help me!

Thanks & Best Regards!

Hi Sang,

I suggest you to take the help of developers to do this becoz of the below scenarios.

1. If the new attribute to be added is NOT available in any standard structure, it should be added to the structure and then pass the value to that attribute in EXEC_METHODCALL_PPF.

2. If that attribute is already available in any standard structure, then developer will have to debug the FM

CRM_ERMS_MAIL_COMPOSE_NEW to check if that attribute gets filled with the value or not.

Thanks Ricky J a lot, I will try with your solution!

Thanks & Best Regards,
