ICR 002 - Documents missing in FBICR2

Hello,

I have a problem with the report FBICR002_DATA_REC. The report does not select all documents. In the ledger everything is ok, all relevant documents are in it. Also the report FBICR002_DATA_ASSIGN find all documents, it also assign a part of the documents which are missing in FBICR002_DATA_REC. In the customizing everything is ok. FBICR002_DATA_REC also shows the correct sum for every category and trading partner, but it does not show every document, so I have another diffrence amount there.

Can someone tell me how I can fix this problem?

Hi Ralph,

I have configured all the ICR customizing for process 001, 002 and 003. Process 001 and 003 work correctly, but in process 002 when I run transaction FBICA2 to Assign Documents, no data is assigned. I have created the ledger I2 and the postings I wanted to reconcile are in table FBICRC002A.

Can you please help me?

Hello Nils,

For one thing you should use the auxiliary program to recalculate the totals to make sure they are correct. Also, please note that when displaying data in FBICR2 document groups with zero difference are automatically hidden from the display since they are considered to have been reconciled and not cause any differences. You can show them in the transaction by using the function Without Differences in the bottom part of the display.

If this does not solve the problem please describe an example of what FBICR2 is showing. If we cannot get the issue resolved that way, please open a service ticket.

I have already try this, it does not solve my problem. The totals are correct and the function Without Differences also don't show them, there are only a part of the documents but the bigger part of them is nowhere to found.

For example I have an account which is assigned to an set 81202. This Set is assigned to the display categorie 1200 which has the subcategories:

SC----SQField--C-SetP-Field----P-Set

100---10-RACCT81201RACCT-81202

200---20-RACCT81202RACCT-81201

In the Ledger I have 19 documents with this account for company A and Partner B. When I start FBICA2 for only this account, Company A and Partner B it shows that 19 documents has been found 5 could not be assigned and 14 has been assigned. When I start then FBICR2 and show the details for this categorie there are only 4 documents which are Without Differences, the other 15 documents are not shown.
