Hide one row ( Restiricted Key Figure) in BEx Query

Hi Exprests,

is it possible to hide one and only one row (RKF)? I mean either if specific condition is met (e.g. customer = 1) or this row has null values.

    Hey

    you can create a calculated KF:

    (CUSTOMER == 1) * RKF

    if true value becomes 1 and will show RKF

    IF false value becomes 0 and will set 0 as a result

    or set (CUSTOMER <> 1)*RKF if you want it the other way around

    second step is to set in general properties of query in Rows/Columns to surpress 0 columns

    so if whole column is 0, it will be a hidden column

    Grtz
