Career Path for BI Admin

With the Cloud on the Horizon, What should the Career path be for an SAP Business Objects Administrator?

I have reviewed the Analytics cloud, and as far as I understand, there is no Install/Upgrade/Patching/Tuning etc.

Although I agree, that it is a logical step to take, but the only Admin function I see is security, so I am not sure if its a safe/much Growth for an Admin.

Would it be better to start looking into Hana, or S/4 Hana Admin?
