stock count sheet and subsequent movements for that period only

We are posting physical stock counts and the following message appears on the counting page "There are transactions added after the count date. Do you want to recalculate the in-house quantities?" If I say yes will it post stock movements after my month end also even though the count sheet date is 30 April 2018 therefore making the count incorrect for that date at In-Warehouse stocks? Or does it know only to post document entries dated 30th April or prior?
