How to archive and delete messages on PO 7.4 step by step procedure?

than you for your answer apply this solution and it's working but we need to archive or delete message between date range for example firstly archieve agust 2016 messages then delete agust 2016 message. How to achieve this?

Why dont you try changining the archiving job in background job monitoring.
