SAP BPC 10.1 SP26 with Office 2016 New report option is disabled

Hi Friends,

we are using SAP BPC 10.1MS version with EPM excel addin SP26. on some user machines the New report option is disabled. we have tried below options.

1. Cleared metadata cache

2. disable and enable EPM addin

3. Uninstall and reinstall EPM

4. reimage the machine.

Note: security settings are correct on other machine user able to see new report option enabled.

I find some notes in SAP 2107965. but the issue and resolution is for 2010 excel not for 2016 excel
