Replace SAP CRM logo on web UI for Other than Default Skin !!

Hi Experts,

I Tried to replace SAP CRM logo on web UI on Default skin. It worked !!

However when i am trying to do the same for other skins like serenity , high-contrast , Nova etc. its not woking .

To me, it seemed that logo replacement is working for Default skin only.

Any idea as how to achieve the same for other skins too ?

Also, can anyone tell me is it possible to set a defaulet skin ? I mean if i want the serenity skin to be opened by default for all users, then can i do such setting ? As of now, it always default skin gets loaded and one can change the skin through Personalization only.

Please guide me.

Regards,

Suchita

    hi,

You can copy paste default skin. Make entry in table crmc_thtmlb_skins in tx sm30. Change logo in new copied folder. It will give you new skin with new logo. And Default screen will remain unchanged. There is doc which tells you how to work on screen. You will find all info there. Besides changing logo, you can change color, background as well.

    Hi Suchita,

The default skin for a business role, is assigned on the technical profile. SPRO->CRM->UI Framework->Technical Role Definition->Define Technical Profile.

The attribute 'SKIN NAME' assigns the new 'default' skin for the chosen technical profile. If no skin is provided here, the Default skin is used.

I'm planning to change logo on DEFAULT skin for both WEB UI and also for IC screen.

I changed the logo.png to my company logo here ...

    BSP application THTMLB_STYLES ->MIMEs->sap_skins->default->styling->Ishape->logo.png .

For Web UI screen logo is ok ...but for IC screen the logo came in the place of 'MOUNTAIN' picture.. and it is half in size...

The resolution of the picture I replaced is of resolution is 111*42

What should i do to get the my logo in IC screen ...

    I'm in CRM 2007 ...
