Webi Prompt Error

Hello, I am trying to run a report in Webi. When I select my prompts I get the following error:

I use 2018 as the fiscal year. I tried to run it with Fiscal Year 2017 and I was able to run it successfully. I checked the query in BEx and I was able to run the query with the fiscal year 2018 and had no issues. Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions on how to fix?
