Canon printer does not print properly

Hello,

I am setting up an SAP printer which I did many times before. Printer is color Canon imageRUNNER 3380i. I imported proper device types ZCN28P and ZCN28S and tried with both PCL5 and POST2. In both cases I was not able to print. I am getting white pages instead. What could be the problem?

You printing blank pages ? What access method you used?

FYI...SAP Note 8928 is the definitive list of supported printers.
