Hi All
We have setup our crystal reports the way we want them and when we print in crystal reports it is fine however once we print via the crystal reports add on in SAP Business One it starts printing it in landscape instead of portrait. We have checked and both settings are on portrait. Do any of you have a simple solution to this problem it would be greatly appreciated.
What is your B1 version ?
If it is 2007 then you can use Crystal Report 2008 it is integerate with SAP B1.

I have discovered what the problem is but still do not know how to fix it.
In Crystal Reports 2008 whilst I am busy with page setup I have noticed that once I insert the vertical dimensions and horizontal dimensions it automatically switches the document from portrait to landscape. I need a portrait document which will have a horizontal dimension of 27 cm and a vertical dimension of 21 cm.
Please if anybody knows a work around on this I will be most grateful.
I found this post as well but no solution yet. <a href="https://boc.sdn.sap.com/node/4627">Crystal Reports 2008 and Portrait settings</a>
The problem is that the customer has pre-printed stationery that we need to print their statements on and the dimensions of their pre-printed stationery forces us to setup the page layout so that the width is greater than the height and still try and keep it in portrait format.
Once we print it to their pre-printed stationery on a dotmatrix printer it comes out in landscape and is completely at the opposite angle to what it needs to be.
Is there really no other way around this?

Hi.
Check the Crystal report Layout First. if it ok.
Then Check the default printer Layout in which you are taking print out.

Thank you for your reply.
I have checked both the crystal report layout and the default printer layout and both are setup right. The printer that we are using is a Epson LX-1150. Let me try and explain this a bit better when we print from crystal reports the result is as follows
BP0001 BUSINESS PARTNER INV NO.
BP0001 BUSINESS PARTNER INV NO.
BP0001 BUSINESS PARTNER INV NO.
BP0001 BUSINESS PARTNER INV NO.
and when we print from the crystal add on in SAP Business One the result is the same accept it is turned 90 degrees from what it looks like above.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
