Hello everybody
Since some SP Update on NW 7.5 NWA is using JCo 3 Server. In NWA under Configuration > Connectivity > JCo-Server Configuration I can add new JCo Servers (e.g. SLDAPI for ABAP Systems).
Unfortunately I did not find any way to start / stop / restart a specific JCo Server (as used for JCo-Server-Provider). Only way to start a new JCo 3 Server is by restarting Java Stack completely.
Is there any way to start/stop these servers?
We're currently on NW 7.5 SP11
Any hints are welcome!
Regards Daniel
Dear Daniel,
JCo RFC Provider service can be restarted in the following way:
1. Open NWA (http://<host>:<port>/nwa) of affected system where affected JCO can be found.
2. Navigate to "Operations" -> Start and Stop -> Choose "Java Services".
3. Under "Java Services" find JCo RFC Provider.
4. Click on "Restart".
Best Regards,
Barnabás Paksi
