SAP HANA EXPRESS failed to communicate with XS Controller

Hi everyone, Running "VM for SAP HANA Express 2.0 with apps" both locally and on Azure for the first time goes very smooth, however, as soon as I restart the VM for any reason it does not connect to the host and it shows the error "failed to communicate with XS controller." Perhaps is there something I'm doing wrong?

I think you are going to have to post more information. Perhaps the contents of the xscontroller.log.
