Problem with BPF Activities order

Hello Everyone!

I have an issue while opening my activities from my bpfs. The problem is that i need to finish the first activity to start the other.

I don't want any dependence between them and that all activities can be opened at the same time. Can someone please provide me information to solve this situation.

I have tried with the buttons "all" and "matched" in the process template but it does not work.

Hi Caglayan

Yes, Sorry I did not explain the screenshot. In my BPF "PTE02" I have 3 activities and I want all the activities open at the same time to be performed because they are not dependent. But I saw other questions related with the same problem saying that is not possible. Until I complete one activity I can open the other and while it is in "pending" status and that is just what I don't want. This is just an example where the activities are exactly the same.

Now they are like "matched" but Also I proved with the other BPFS and played with "all", "matched" and "allow reopen" but it does not work!

Hi Karina,

Looks like you are maintaining matching drive in one of those dimensions. Can you check if you are doing that or not? Because in your case if you choose "All" it would be exactly the same that you had, but at "Matched" it is only checking match driven dimensions. Can you check this link "https://help.sap.com/saphelp_bpc10_nw/helpdata/en/0c/db60d8b0e84696b9082da354bbad91/frameset.htm"

Hi Karina,

From the screenshot I do not understand your settings regarding with BPFs. First steps look open and rest is either pending or finalized. reopen and re run the bpf from process templates and also share the screen shots of your settings at the BPF adjustments page.

On the other hand I would suggest you, instead of adding all input-report forms inside of the same hyperlink branch for that specific activity, create individual hyperlink branches for each input-report forms.

Waiting for more screen shots.
