Java stack remote acess

SAP to access to our JAVA stack I made the following entry in saprouttab file

KP "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP ,C=DE" <my system IP address> 50000

and opened the WTS conenction and HTTP connection but still they have been facing "time out error " for WTS and not able to access Java stack even the login screen appears.

Please let me know what could be a reason and how to reolve the issue.

I would appreciate your help and suggestion.

Dear Daniel,

The router string entered in the router tab is fine.

KP "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP ,C=DE" <my system IP address> 50000

But have you entered the Portal URL in the Service Connection in service marketplace? If not, they will not be able to access.

I entered it already as http://hostname:50000/nwa.

But they are facing WTS connection time out problem

Dear Daniel,

Try putting the entry for your hostname on the routertab too ( because the URL registered with SAP is with your hostname)

KP "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP ,C=DE" <Your system hostname> 50000

Make sure you restart your router after the change. Also, see if your java stack hostname resolves from your router server using : ping <Your system hostname>
