Asset retirement by scrapping

When i did asset retirement by scrapping no accounting document is getting created. please suggest how to make the accounting document come.

Dear Experts

I have one requirement of retirement of assets and my client wants to surrender Excise duty and charge VAT as per Indian Tax laws.

There are two major requirement in this sceniario :

1. Client wants one Invoice should be generated at the time of sales of assets

2. Excise duty should be updated in RG23C register in CIN

If body has solution suitable to above requirement, please let me know.

the only reason I can think of it is, that the asset did not have any gross value at all, I mean never any acquisition was posted to it.
