normally the file output generated from the program that was scheduled as a job will be available as a spool and this spool will be available in the server based on the settings made. Please refer to your Basis team to understand the duration set for the spools to be made available. after this duration the respective spools will be deleted along with its contents.
if u wish to send the file output from the program automatically, u can have a field added to ur program so that u can key in the email address to whom the respective mail needs to be triggered, here again have a consideration about the file size, if the file size of the output from the program exceeds the limited mail size that can be sent by the server there will be a dump and the job will cancelled leading to a stoppage in the spool generation.
not sure if we can have a control to trigger certain spools to an email id, if this is possible. u can have a seperate job to trigger those spools to an email id, and if this fails because of the file size error, u will still have the spool to be downloaded manually and the same can be sent over an mail.
