we have a PO of service type, where we want to delete an service line item by selecting deletion indicator in services tab of item detail section. That field in greyed in our system. we need to delete the service line item by selecting this field. Please help.
Seems strange that the button is inactive. Please check whether there is any transaction variant created for PO in SHD0 and made the button as inactive. If not, check whether there is any enhancement which is altering the standard behavior or it could be a bug.
