FTPEx: Unexpected reply codePolicy requires SSL SAP PI

Hi Experts,

The scenario is Proxy to FTP in PI 7.5 . But the XML files generated by Proxy are failing in PI with below error code:

"MP: exception caught with cause com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Error when getting an FTP connection from connection pool: com.sap.aii.af.lib.util.concurrent.ResourcePoolException: Unable to create new pooled resource: FTPEx: Unexpected reply codePolicy requires SSL."

Hello Ramu,

The error means that the ftp server requested for the secure ftp connection which is ftps. You need import the certificate of ftp server to PI correctly, and try it again. If the certificate is a chain, you can import the root CA into PI's trustedCAs view.
