Send a meeting from Sap By Design to Outlook Calendar

Hi,

I would like to be able to create an meeting/calendar event in outlook from sap by design.

I am able to find examples on integrate outlook with sap by design, but this is not what I need.

I have found this quide on how to do it fra abap :

I think this would have solved my problem, but I don't think that I could use Abap from sap by design?

I have never used sap so if anyone have a teaspoon to use when explaining, it would be nice 🙂

Have you downloaded the outlook integration tool for ByDesign? available from the download center in the Application & User Management Workcenter.

For this utility to work you must have your email address recorded in your user profile (it doesn't work if you don't have your email address, or your have your email address against multiple users)

Once you have logged in via the integration tool meetings/tasks can synch automatically

Thanks, but if I understand this correct I need an calendar in ByDesign that I can synch to outlook?

My task is to create an meeting in outlook without an calendar in ByDesign. Can I still use this tool?
