Attachments in public cloud

Dear experts,

For a public cloud customer, I'm looking for the easiest way to get users to use attachments such as e-mails in marketing documents. MS Outlook is not installed in the same environment as SAP Business One (9.2 PL09).

With on premise/private cloud solutions, I normally drag files from MS Outlook to SAP Business One, where it'll save the e-mail as .msg in the attachment folder and links it to the document.

For public cloud, the only solution I've found so far is to drag the e-mail from MS Outlook to Explorer, then copy from Explorer to Explorer in public cloud, then open the attachment tab in SAP and manually browse for the recently added file (dragging and dropping from Cloud Explorer to SAP gives a '+'-icon over the mouse, but doesn't work).

Surely, there must be a more efficient way?
