Validate the Notes entered in Notes assignment block for One orders

Hi All,

I have a requirement wherein I have to validate the Notes entered in the Notes Assignment Block of One order.

Are there any BADI's related to Notes or Claims where we can validate the notes entered.

Or Is there any Function Module or Class from which we can get the Notes entered in a Particular One Order.

Please Help.
