While Creating the Transformation in HANA Studio, Transformation Rules are opening in Hana Studio Only. I want to open it in SAP Logon GUI just like normal Transformation in SAP BW.

And why would you want to do this ?
Except for process chains, all BW objects should now be maintained with the studio in BW4.
