FINS_ACDOC_CUST048 - Inconsistencies in the database - how can I found out the underlying reason?

Hi Everyone,

when I was trying to define a new controlling area I received the warning message FINS_ACDOC_CUST048 - apparently there are some inconsistencies in the database.

When I searched in the knowledge base there was nothing about this warning message, only about similar issues.

My question is: how can I found out the problem? Is there a special methodology?

It is a brand new SAP HANA 1709 system, I don't want to "break" something 😉

Hi,

I had also this problem and solved it successfully.

The problem was in incorrect settings of a company code in the non-leading ledger (TC FINSC_LEDGER). I had to remove the indicator for parallel billing with G / L accounts, because the system showed also this error. Therefore you have to try to fix other errors. If you do this then the error FINS_ACDOC_CUST048 will be resolved.
