The Contract Management, Project Management and all other tabs not showing

We've just installed SAP Sourcing 9.0. But we're not able to view any of the tabs like Contract/Project/Supplier Management, Enterprise Sourcing. All security roles have been checked and they're correct as required. What could be the reason?
