ITS Http 404 file not found error

Hi,

I have standalone ITS server 6.20 with the patch level of 17. I had upgraded into the patch level of 31. After the patch upgrade some t.code and Function Module are not working properly. In SBWP t.code I am getting right hand pane has error with "Page cannot be found (Error: HTTP 404 file not found)" instead of showing u2018Business Workplace' and PDF preview using Function Module 'SSFCOMP_PDF_PREVIEW' is also giving the same error. Please help me out this problem.

Hello Siva,

Publish the SBWP and other bw services to the ITS from your R/3 instance.

You should be able to determine what service the missing file belongs to based on the URL of the error or from the ITS diagnostics.log file.

I check the Diagnostics log file please find the detail below still i am not able to reslove problem.

how to Publish the SBWP and other bw services to the ITS from your R/3 instance.

please provide input.

With the Standalone ITS you will need to configure IACOR to publish from your R/3 system to the ITS. After IACOR is configured you can publish individual services through SE80.
