is the content hardcoded or from first decistion step? if it is from first decistion step, please check whether you have transferred the content from first decistion step to the next decistion step by dong bindings from task to workflow and workflow to task

There may be several reasons for this

- This can be an activex problem. See if his browser has activex blocker activated.

- Is this happening with a specific user? What if the same user is at a different level? If this is a user specific problem, clear his temp internet folder and refresh UWL

- Is this a custom workflow? Did you check the workflow log. Try to execute the step and check if all contents are there. (You can later on replace the workitem back to manager's inbox)

Hi Manish

rest of the second level managers are able to see the request well, here the task going to his inbox when he is trying to open the task inside that it's showing blank sub screen without any content.

Thanks

Check the authorization.

So the problem seems user-specific.

Check

1- his browser settings

2- active-x settings

3- his authorization

You can also verify if the approver is not able to open any decision task properly ??

Moreover you may also request the approver to try opening the workitem at some other machine - if it opens correctly the problem is 1 or 2.

Hi Neelima,

This happens if user id Does Not having authorization to Open it. Check the Roles and Authorization of the 1st level Approver & 2nd Level Approver in the ECC and as well as in Portal.

Then you can solve this.

Hi,

I have a requirement in which I have to sent Leave Workflow to three approvers. For that I maintain the approvers in a customising table. What I did is, I took a copy of the standard Leave WF and added a step in loop (to read the table maintained, through a bor method). For the last approver, he has to get the standard leave approval task and for that reason i looped my custom bor for 2 times and put the standard leave approval task outside the loop.

Now the issue is that, eventhough the first approver gets the workitem and approves that, the next approver is not getting the workitem for him. Workflow is going into an error state stating that the successor node is not found.

Please tell me whether my approach for customising leave workflow is correct. And if correct, what could be the reason for the error that I get.

Regards,

Hi,

To pick the 2nd Approver, Agent determination is not done successfully. Check the Rule which you used to Pick.

And check whether your making the Decison task as General Task.
